What time will my dog be picked up?

We do two walks in the middle of the day.

For the first walk your dog will be picked up between 10am and 10:45am for a walk roughly between 11am and 12pm.

For the second walk your dog will be picked up between 12 and 12:45pm for a walk roughly between 1pm and 2pm.

Will you provide photos of my pet while I am away?

Claire will WhatsApp you photos of your cat or small animal while you are on holiday in order to keep you up to date with their antics and to set your mind at ease.

Do I need to be home for pick up?

No not at all.

We are fully insured to hold your spare keys and can let ourselves in according to your instructions. Your keys are stored in a safe every evening when not in use.

Can I meet you before cat sitting or dog walking?

Both Claire and Sarah provide a free client meet prior to you choosing our services where we can answer any questions you may have and so your pet can meet them while you are there.

What happens in extreme weather?

We will aim to walk rain or shine where it is safe to do so. In extreme heat or cold we will contact you and will provide a drop in and let out service according to your dogs needs.

Water is always provided on walks and in transport.

We also use cooling mats in hot weather.

My holiday dates have changed or I have an emergency will you be able to help me?

We pride ourselves in being as flexible as possible and we always go above and beyond to try and help our customers out in their time of need. Please do not hesitate to ask us if you have any of these issues.
